At MoonPhases we model our consultation process after natural cycles that the world is constantly going through. Like water and carbon, our steps are designed to reflect the crucial role each phase plays in the natural processes. Each phase is pivotal in creating a robust and comprehensive service package tailored to your project.

Our site consultation process is broken up into 4 sections. Upon submitting the contact form you will receive an email with a Pre-screen document. Once completed, please email the document back and we will proceed with scheduling a one-on-one with one of our experts to begin the next steps. During this initial meeting phases 1-3 will be covered. Within 2-4 business days following this initial meeting you will receive a report containing project information like the proposed, scope, timeline, an budget for the project as well as an invite to schedule your follow up Zoom call. Delivery of the report may vary based on specialist availability.
The second meeting covers phases 4-7. During this meeting your expert will review your report with you and work to make any required edits or updates and finalize your custom service package. It is during this step that we will develop a communication plan and proceed to reviewing and signing the contract. Most contracts will be sent 2 days following the second meeting via email.
